Do you have a physical shop where I can try your products on?

We are proudly a 100% online brand. We know this might disappoint some, but running an online store allows us to invest directly into the quality of our fabrics, garments and customer experience. That said, a physical store is in the works, and when it arrives, it will definitely be worth your wait.

 How can I be sure of your quality of clothing and fabric without seeing it in person?

We understand being an online brand you might be anxious about the quality of our products, after all touching and feeling fabrics is an integral part of shopping. So we’re really intentional about the quality of photography as far as close-up photos of our products and modelling are concerned. We also include detailed descriptions of fabric composition, weight and drape of each piece on our product pages.

What about Sizing & Fit?

Every product page features a dedicated size chart with precise measurements. We also include the size worn by the models in our photos, along with a description that tells you if a garment runs small, true to size, or has an intentionally oversized fit.

What about deliveries and international shipping?

We strive to deliver orders as soon as possible, but standard domestic shipping (within Kenya) takes 1-3 business days.

Do you accept returns & exchanges if something doesn’t fit?

We want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t quite right, we offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
